OUR HISTORY
The owner and Chairman of the Board for Capella Mortgage, Corinne Cordon, has been in the mortgage industry since she started her career with Citibank in 1996. Since then she and her son Matthew Dale have built our company into a leader in Private Lending and Trust Deed investments.
We started here in the Las Vegas Valley and over the years we have expanded to serve seven states in the southwest United States and we are steadily growing! We constantly add new inventory to our list of available Trust Deeds which our Investors can either invest in or purchase outright.
Our properties include residential as well as commercial properties which allows us to offer our investors a wide variety of investment opportunities.
Our Investors enjoy high ROIs and can be part of the Real Estate market without having to worry about the hassles, troubles, and expenses of being a landlord. Imagine being able to receive monthly interest payments without all the work and problems associated with renting to tenants!
